Funeral of martyred soldier offered in Gwadar

The funeral prayers of martyred soldier Shabbir Baloch were offered in Gwadar, the military’s media wing said on Tuesday, reported.

According to a statement of Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), a violent mob in garb of so-called Baloch Raji Muchi assaulted security forces’ personnel employed for security duties in Gwadar district. It added that resultantly, Sepoy Shabbir Baloch (Age 30 years, resident of District Sibi), embraced shahadat.

Balochistan Home Minister Mir Ziaullah Langove, officers of Pakistan Army, soldiers and members of civil society attended the funeral prayers of martyred soldier Shabbir Baloch.

The body of the martyr was later taken to his native hometown where he will be laid to rest with full military honour.
