Inspector General Police (IGP) Punjab Dr Usman Anwar issued transfer and posting orders for 14 police officers .

Notification in this regard was released, detailing the new assignments of police officers. As per notification, Umar Farooq has been appointed as SSP Intelligence CTD Lahore, Anam Faryal as SP Headquarters Patrolling Police Lahore, and Haider Ali has been appointed as SSP Investigation Multan.

Muhammad Raza Tanveer has been appointed as SSP Investigation Gujranwala, Karamat Bukhari as Additional Director SPU Central Lahore, and Muhammad Aslam has been appointed as SP Investigation Branch-III Lahore.

Rana Hussain Tahir has been appointed as SP Sadar Operations Lahore, SP Sadar Ghayur Ahmad as SP Investigation Vehari, and Adil Amir has been appointed as SP Vigilance CCD Lahore.

Furthermore, Khalid Mehmood has been appointed as SP Security Lahore High Court, Tanveer Ahmed as SP Riot Management Multan, Akhtar Hussain as SP Riot Management Sargodha Region, and Maqsood Ahmed as SP IAB Sargodha Region.
